If you are a small business owner or a home based business employing the services of Virtual Assistant is cost effective business sense.  There is no need to employ a Secretary/Clerical Assistant and have the overheads of Wages, Superannuation, Sick Leave, Annual Leave.  You only pay for the time that is required to complete the job and all the hidden costs are included.
